So, if you're not satisfied with your order, we're happy to take it back within 30 days of purchase to receive store credit less a 20% restocking fee. This fee is used solely to cover the costs associated with processing your return and properly disposing of it.

    Now, here's the catch - we can only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website or from an authorized retailer, that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. And if you try to tamper with your products, we'll know. We've got eyes everywhere. 😅 Just kidding. But seriously if it looks like someone's already dipped their fingers in, we're going to have to pass.

    Once we receive your return, we'll give it a once-over to make sure it checks out and we'll process a refund available as store credit. Please note that it can take up to 10 days to process (less 20% restocking fee) to show up in your account.

    Important note, please understand we don't resell returned products due to the risk of potential contamination.. Instead, we either dispose of them or donate them to a charity.     In the event that this occurs, please contact our customer service team for assistance in canceling any duplicate orders at info@warriorskincare.us

    During the checkout process, your bank/billing/or credit card company will place an authorization hold for the order amount on your card. If there are any validation errors such as mismatched addresses or a failed CVV, your payment may be declined.

    It is important to note that a card hold is typically released within 3-5 business days after it is made, but this is not absolute and dependent upon on your bank.
